Being called to who we are.

It's been a long day, of waiting and sitting around hospitals. It can get quite irritating.
Every time though, God reminds me that our Chrisitan journey is about about waiting.
Because we need to learn 'patience' and where we are patients waiting for our appointments, in our walk with Jesus, we have to be the patient one and trust His plan for us.
We are called to be his disciples and we are called to wait for Him and follow Him.
That means wherever we go. We can take the presence of Jesus with us and make a difference - we can be the peace makers and we can try and be a positive influence, where suffering is taking place.
We can 'embrace our suffering with others' and help others coping with similar struggles.
We don't have to live up to the worlds expecations of being wonder woman and super mum, or have the perfect body. It's about having a pure heart and being who God wants us to be.
In the end all the worlds laws and expectations are all going be stripped away, our hearts, and souls are what is important and letting people see Jesus through us. Let's see our job to give people hope, and to show them who Jesus really is.
1 Peter 2:21
To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps.
